Derrick
Shezbie first joined ReBirth at the tender age of 10 years old.
His stellar musical talents led to a brief solo career that included a release on the Quest record label that is owned and operated by Quincy Jones.
Derrick never felt completely comfortable as a solo artist and is now back in ReBirth for this third tour of duty with the band.
“The music in ReBirth keeps me hype, it motivates me to do things,” Derrick says.
“That’s why I’m playing music. It’s something I love to do.”
